We currently deliver to France, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and the United States. Every order is carefully prepared before dispatch.
We offer FREE delivery on all orders to all of these countries. There is no minimum purchase and no hidden conditions — we want your experience to be simple from start to finish.
Delivery times
Here is a clear overview of delivery times:
Processing time: 1 to 2 business days to prepare and pack your order
Transit time: 3 to 7 business days once the parcel has been dispatched
Total delivery time: most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days
Our daily cut-off time is 17h00 (CET), Paris time, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before this time are processed the same day.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email allowing you to track its progress in real time. Although we strive to maintain consistent delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to seasonal demand, weather conditions or logistical constraints.
